FULFILLMENT + SHIPPING TIMELINES:

• UPS Ground is our shipping provider

• USPS is still used for addresses that are PO boxes, Subscribe & Save, replacement, and missing items

• FULFILLMENT PROCESS: Orders are processed and filled by our warehouse in 5-7 business days and shipping can take 4-6 days depending on location and weather conditions.
  

• ORDERS SHOWING LABEL CREATED: The way the system is set up, orders process thru Shopify and are immediately connected to our shipping carrier UPS which assigns a tracking and LABEL CREATED message. An email is also subsequently sent to the ordering person. However, this does not mean that the product leaves the fulfillment center in that moment. See processing times above.

• NOTE: Our products are made in Germany, every 3 months new products are produced ensuring they are the most bioactive and as fresh as possible. Much different than other brands where products site on shelves for months on end.

• Because of this, we receive shipments regularly from another continent by boat (sometimes expedited air) and are often at the mercy of customs to release our pallets once they arrive. Sometimes packages are held if they know an OOS intem in the order is set to return within the week or receiving a shipment. • All orders will ship from our 3rd party Canadian warehouse in Ontario -- no border hassles or surprise duties

• Shipping will begin as soon as the Ontario warehouse is stocked and ready! You will be notified the moment it goes live. In the meantime you can set up product alerts on the website and be notified via email when available.

• You can sell and ship to customers in the US & Canada, customers in Canada will recieve products from the Canadian warehouse, customers in the US will recieve products from the US warehouse
